To develop leadership within the Netzer and the wider Jewish community while developing participants' understanding of, engagement with and commitment to Netzer's ideology. Through the Shnat Netzer experience we aim to create a Progressive Jewish and Progressive Zionist hagshama experience, to develop an ongoing relationship with the land, people and State of Israel and to encourage the personal growth of the participants.
