
Mazkir Clali (director): The General Director of the movement worldwide. Responsible directly for budgets and shlichut – including training of shlichim.
Supervises the Netzer Olami office staff, communicates with organizations in Israel and worldwide, is in contact with all youth movement mazkirim and communities abroad.
The world coordinator and director of the TaMaR movement – the Reform movement for university students and post-student age group.

Shnat director - In charge of planning and organizing the Shnat program. Responsible for building and implementing the budget. Responsible for communications with the Netzer sniffim and parents around the world regarding the Shnat program. Director of the Shnat staff. Works with the WZO and Machon on educational programs.

Etgar coordinator – In charge of and responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program including: overall health and safety of the participants; planning and organizing the Etgar program; building and implementing the budget; maintenance of the Etgar flat; managing the staff (lecturers, educators, madrich); logistics of the programme; as well as ensuring Etgar runs effectively and successfully for participants on the Shnat program who choose the Etgar program.

Rakezet Chinuch – Coordinating educational materials for Sniffim, updating the Netzer Olami website, maintaining communication and contact amongst Sniffim. Coordinating the Netzer Veidah Olamit and Netzerfest. Creating educational resources, co-preparing shlichim, cooperating with other movements. Co-planning educational programs, planning educational aspects of seminars of the Shnat program and facilitating educational sessions for Etgar.
Mekasheret LaMachon and Yom Tnua Madricha – In charge of the welfare of the Shnat participants taking part in the Machon Le’madrichei Chutz L'Aretz (4 month program in Kiryat Moriyah). Day-to-day communication and problem solving for the Netzer Machon group. Co-ordinating weekly ideology meetings of the entire Shnat Netzer group in Jerusalem. Contact person between the Machon staff, the chanichim and the Netzer Olami office.

Madrich Etgar – The Etgar madrich will be responsible for the welfare of the Etgar chanichim on Shnat, on a daily basis, accompany them on tiyulim and sessions, and will be under daily supervision of Etgar coordinator and general management of the Shnat director. The Madrich will run Peulot for Etgar chanichim and support them throughout their 4 month experience in Jerusalem.

Education Director for Shnat-Netzer – The Shnat Netzer Education Director is responsible for the Educational planning of the Shnat Netzer program and assists the Shnat Director in shaping the educational vision of the program. Particular responsibilities include the organisation of educational seminars throughout the year, assisting the Etgar Director in Educational strategy and teaching on Etgar.

Netzer Coordinator FSU – Coordinator of all
activities, education and training of Madrichim and Chanichim in the
Former Soviet Union countries including Latvia. Responsible for planning
and conducting seminars. Organizes and trains new Shlichim to the FSU
summer camps. Coordinator of the Masa Netzer Olami program for FSU
participants in Israel – 5.5 months living together in Israel. Primary
contact between Netzer Olami and Netzer FSU for educational activities,
seminars and summer camps.

Spanish desk director – In charge directly of communications with all sniffim in South America, Central America, Spain and Italy. Building the shnat program for the Spanish Chanichim with the Shnat Director. Communicates with Olim and movement graduates, helping them in Israel and supporting their Aliyah. Active in the Tamar movement with the general director in leaderships of Tamar around the world.

Administrator – Assists all of Netzer staff in logistics, financial payments and general administration. Works with the Mazkir on Israel conferences such as Kenes Tamar, Veidah Olamit, groups from abroad in short term programs. Follow-up the financial payments of the office and working together with the bookkeeping department. Working together with the WZO and the Hagshama department regarding all of Netzer activities in the world.

Kibbutz Madricha / Mekasheret- in charge of the Shnatties whilst on the Kibbutz Section of the programme. Especially including Social Welfare of the group and the individuals within as well as the educational content and activities whilst on Kibbutz. As the Madricha from Netzer responsibilities also include liaising with Netzer in Jerusalem and relating the life and experience on Kibbutz to the ideals of Netzer and Shnat.

Diane Freeman is the Tel Aviv-Yafo Madricha for Shnat Netzer. She is responsible for finding the Options group accommodation and volunteering placements before they arrive. Once they arrive, she meets with them during the week to provide them with money for their weekly budget, to check the cleanliness of their apartments and to run educational programming for them. Diane also helps them with logistical and practical queries during their time and makes sure that they are all supported and develop a good dynamic within their group.
